1.1 This Website is designed and hosted on behalf of OmniQare ( UK)  Ltd   This Website has links to OmniQare’s iQare software system which is a wholly owned product of OmniQare BV and under exclusive licence to OmniQare (UK) Ltd for the UK and English speaking countries. The information on the website is deemed correct at the time of publication.

1.2 Links to third party sites

OmniQare (UK) Ltd, is not responsible for any information that is contained in sites outside of the main OmniQare (UK) Ltd website.  All information is put up in good faith and in the event of a dispute, individuals should contact the originator of information.

1.3 Links to iQare demonstration sites

By visiting our demonstration sites you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions associated with use. These can be found on the registration pages.  In the event that these terms and conditions are violated, OmniQare UK Ltd will have the right to seek compensation.

2.1 The copyright in the material contained in the OmniQare UK Ltd and iQare  website and application available for demonstration belongs to OmniQare UK Ltd and/or OmniQare BV.  Images have been used under licence to third party companies and as such are subject to controlled rights and permissions.  None of this   material may be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission. You may, however, download or print a single copy for your own non-commercial off-line viewing.

2.2 Product and company names mentioned on this website may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

4.1   Any services are provided by OmniQare and will be contracted to you under separate Terms and Conditions, our terms and conditions covered in this document relate to general information on the company, its products and services, use of demonstration sites, dealings and relationships with third parties and links to 3rd party information and websites.  They do not cover trading conditions, OmniQare’s  standard terms and conditions are provided to you as part of quotations or contract documentation


5. Client and Demonstration user name and password

5.1 OmniQare (UK) Ltd will provide clients, partners or visitors with a user name and password which must be used in order to access certain restricted parts of the Websites. The user name and password are personal to you and are not transferable.

5.2 Your name and password are the methods by which OmniQare UK identify you and so are very important. You are responsible for all information posted on the Websites by anyone using your user name and password. Any breach of security of a user name and password should be notified to OmniQare UK Ltd immediately

6.1 OmniQare (UK) Ltd  is committed to protecting your privacy. OmniQare  will collect and use information supplied by you and other users of the Websites to improve the Websites and personalise your experience when you visit the Websites.
